4 serving Kroger Brand Roasted Garlic Bread Crumbs Serving Size 1/4 cup 8 chop, excluding refuse (yield Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw 6 oz Kroger whole milk vitamin D 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1. Grease large glass baking dish.
2. Mix eggs and milk in small mixing bowl.
3. Put bread crumbs in another mixing bowl.
4. Dip pork chops in milk and egg mixture.
5. Coat pork chops with bread crumbs.
6. Bake in greased dish for 30 minutes @350 degrees.
Serving Size: Makes 8-3 oz. chops
