*Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1/2 cup Wheat bran, crude, 1/2 cupWheat germ, crude, .1/2 cup *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1/2 cupEgg, fresh, 1 small Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup
Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg and milk together and then add to dry ingredients. Do no over mix. Heat skillet over medium heat til drop of water dances on the surface. Spray with nonfat oil and pour 1/4 cup of batter. When edges are dry and bubbles begin to pop, turn pancake over and cook until browned. Serve with your favorite topping.
