1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal1/4 cup mashed banana 2 tbsp Bell Plantation Chocoloate PB2 1 tsp Specially Selected (Aldi) 100% pure maple syrup 1 tbsp Navitas Cacao Powder 2 tbsp Lily's Dark Chocolate Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips, split use. 1 tbsp Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix oats, PB2, cocoa powder, syrup, mashed banana, and 1 Tbsp chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
Place the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, form into a round 6-8 inch cookie, and flatten to 1/4-1/2 inch thickness. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Flip with large spatula, then bake an additional 5-8 minutes The edges should just brown.
Mix remaining 1 Tbsp chocolate chips and natural peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 30 seconds, or until chocolate is melted, and stir to combine. Drizzle on cookie.
