2.0 oz Neufchatel Cheese1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup0.08 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving0.25 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, add milk to thin batter. Use 1/8c measuring cup for each pancake. Flip when bubbles form. Serve with your favorite toppings and syrups.
