**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)Grapeseed Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 tsp (remove)100% whey protein powder
Directions
In a coffee mug ...mix the sugar flax cinnamon baking soda together first then add the egg and oil and mix well put in microwave for 1 minute and walla nice little muffin!! Slice or eat whole....taste great and is great for you!!!
