Ingredients
1.5 cup Bean, Pork and Beans, Van Camp 3 serving Hebrew National Reduced Fat Beef Hotdog 1 small Onions, raw 2 tbsp McCormick Bac'n Pieces bacon flavored bacon bits 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce (Kraft ) Orig. 1 tsp Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke (by CATSBANE) 2 serving Veggie-Saurkraut--1/2 c (by MGARROUTTE)
Directions
sautee onion in cooking spray until soft. slice & cube hot dogs. add to onions and cook until well heated. add bacon bits & sautee slightly longer. add beans, ketchup, bbq sauce & liquid smoke. you may also add walden farms ketchup &/or bbq sauce to add more flavor or in exchange for full calorie versions. let simmer, stirring occaionally for about 10 mins. add saurkraut & heat through
