Honey Soy Tilapia

Ingredients
4 oz Frozen Boneless Skinless Tilapia Fillet (by MCPORTILLA) 3 tbsp Honey 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2.5 tsp Always Fresh Minced Garlic (by BIDDY1982)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, add tilapia, let marinate for 30 mins.
Bake in oven, preheated to 350, for 15-20 mins, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
