African Peanut Soup

Ingredients
8 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 1.75 cup Canned Tomatoes 1 cup Lentils .5 cup White Rice, medium grain 3 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 12 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
Soften all vegetables in a skillet.
Add all ingredients except peanut butter in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 hours. Stir in peanut butter. Cook one more hour.
