PINEAPPLE SORBET

Ingredients
2 cups canned pineapple chunks1 cup pineapple liquid from can1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Directions
Put gelatin in pineapple liquid; let stand 1 or 2 minutes. Heat
to dissolve gelatin. Combine all ingredients and freeze until
firm. Place frozen fruit and liquid in blender or processor.
Blend until smooth and return to freezer for about 2 hours.
