Spinach and Bell Pepper Egg Bake

Ingredients
1.5 cup Baby Spinach (raw)0.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average1.0 clove Garlic0.5 tsp Pepper, black10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Milk, 1%2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Chop spinach, onion, pepper, tomato and garlic then combine in pan. Whisk eggs, milk, pepper, and 0.5 mozzarella then pour over veggies. Top with rest of mozzarella and parmesan. Bake 25-30 Minutes until eggs cooked through.
