Protein skinny crust

Ingredients
1 large Egg white, fresh 10 gram Coconut flour (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 40 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 60 grams Flour, whole grain 20 gram(s) (myprotein) pea protein isolate (by RITSON71) 3 tsp Erythritol (trim healthy mama) (by KELLIEKLUMPP) 1 dash Salt
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Mix well and work it by hand. Refrigerate for 1 hour covered in plastic wrap. Preheat oven at 180. Very lightly grease a non-stick pie plate. Bake for 10 min and then use as a normal crust (top to taste)
