Fajita Chicken Sammies

Ingredients
1 bell pepper sliced1 medium onion sliced1 chopped jalepano pepper1 avocado sliced2 Limes/juiced1 TBS Reduced Fat Sour Cream1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese3 Boneless Skinless chicken Breast (tenders work very well)4 Wheat Sandwich Buns1 TBS Olive OilFajita seasoning Chipotle Seasoning
Directions
Season Chicken breast with 3/4 of the lime juice and seasonings. Grill breasts until done. Apporx. 15 minutes. Preapare veggies below while they are cooking.

Slice onions, bell pepper, and dice the jalepano; saute above on the stove top in 2 tsp of olive oil. Season them with both seasonings. Brush remaining olive oil onto buns and toast. Mix sourcream with remaining lime juice and chipotle seasoning. Spread a thin layer of sourcream on the bottom of each toasted bun.

Slice Chicken and avocado. Layer bun with chicken, onions, cheese and avocado.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
