90 Second Low Carb Coconut Flour Bread

Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Coconut flour 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
In medium bowl, mix the ingredients well, until very smooth.
Use spatula to transfer to small pyrex bowl (like a custard dish).
Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
If it appears to not be "set", microwave 10-20 seconds longer max.
Loosen with small knife and remove from bowl to plate.
(Mine seldom needs the knife, it loosens nicely).
Cut in half (or thirds) and top with your favorite topping.


Serving Size: Makes one serving (can cut into two "slices")
