1 cup, sliced Mangos 1 serving Frontier Organic Ground Tumeric 1 tsp (2 g) 1 serving Coconut Milk-Full fat, Clover Brand, 1/3 c. 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 serving Bard Valley Medjool Dates (2 dates) 1 tsp Ginger Root
