Quick Fish Pie

Ingredients
12 oz Cod (fish) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 1% 14 gram(s) Wholemeal Flour14 grams Butter, salted 3 tbsp Parsley 3 serving Idahoan Instant Mash (Serving 1/2cup)
Directions
Poach fish in water, hard boil eggs allow to cool.
Make basic white sauce and and add parsley
mix together and place in ovenproof dishes.
Mix instant potatoes and place 1/2 cup on each.
Bake in oven 250 25 minutes.
You can add extra vegetables as you like.
