Skinny greek style individual milk pie

Ingredients
200 grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 15 grams Semolina, enriched 1 large Egg white, fresh 1 tsp Konjac Glucomannan Powder (by CARVERWAITS) 1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 10 mL Lemon Juice 2 tsp Erythritol (trim healthy mama) (by KELLIEKLUMPP) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 grams Corn Starch
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Heat oven at 180.
In a small saucepan heat the milk. Add the dry ingredients dash by dash. Mix until it thickens. Remove. Whisk the egg white, lemon and erythritol. Carefully add it. Bake for 30-40 min. (it will get nice and firm in the middle)

Serving Size: 1 medium ramekin. Mix dry ingredients
