Big Green Veggie Soup

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth8 cups water 8 tsp Better Than Bouillon (Chicken)10 oz. frozen green beans10 oz. frozen carrots10 oz. frozen peas10 oz. frozen spinach1 medium green cabbage, sliced into strips1 bunch celery, diced5 cloves garlic, minced2 medium yellow onions, diced1 green bell pepper, diced2 large zucchinis, diced2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup MixS&P
Directions
Dice everything up to about the same size pieces. Heat oil to medium-high heat. Cook aromatics (onion, bell pepper, celery) first. Add garlic, stirring for 1 minute. Add broth/water/Bouillon and all the rest of the ingredients, and S&P to taste. Simmer until done. Enjoy!
