Easy chicken kabobs

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts3 bell peppers(yellow, green, and red)12 pieces of red onion1 tomato2tbsp italian dressing(light)2 tsp. garlic
Directions
Mix together dressing and garlic in bowl. Cut each piece of chicken into 8 pieces and add to bowl. Refridgerate for 30 min. Cut each pepper into 12 pieces. Cut 12 pieces of red onion large enough to skewer. Cut tomato into 6 pieces. Place on skewer with vegetables on each end alternating with chicken. Tomato can be in middle.
Place on heated grill for 20 minutes turning once. You may reduce kabobs to half sizes for younger children. Makes 6 kabobs.
