Asian Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 oz Farfalle (BowTie) pasta4.75 oz Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips (already cooked)1/4 cup (85 grams) Sugar Snap Peas, Raw 3 oz Baby Carrots 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Peter Pan Reduced fat creamy peanut butter 2TBS Ginger Root 1 TBS La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) splash of lemon juice
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions
2. Medium dice carrots
3. Slice snap peas on the diagonal
4. Dice the chicken
5. Combine pasta, carrots, peas and chicken in a mixing bowl
7. Mince ginger and put in small bowl
8. Add oils, peanut butter and soy sauce to a bowl
9. Add a splash of lemon or lime juice to add brightness
10. Whisk dressing and add to bowl of pasta and vegetable. Toss until combined
