Marjorie's French inspired Balsamique Vinaigrette

6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar .5 tsp Dijon Mustard, Maille (by LUCYLAKE) .5 tbsp Tahini 1 dash Salt 2 dash Pepper, black
Mix the mustard and tahini in a small bowl first, then add the balsamic, mixing well until smooth. Next add the evoo and stir until smooth and fully incorporated. Add salt & pepper to taste (use white pepper if you don't want the black specks) Mix one final time, then pour over your salad greens to dress them. Don't forget to toss them well before serving. Note: The amount of vinaigrette is modest by my normal American standards, but since I moved to France, I have adopted their ways of simply dressing a salad rather than drowning it. ;-) Et Voila, c'est fini !
