PB2 Overnight Oats

Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats 2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened 8 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Mix PB2 powder, oats and milk of your choice in medium bowl. Slice bananas divide into 4 servings and add to the bottom of small jars or food storage containers. Pour over the oat mixture and cover overnight. Enjoy the oats the next morning. Add other fresh or frozen fruit if desired. Oats will keep up to 5 days in refrigerator.
