0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears, fresh1.0 oz Walnuts2.0 tbsp Honey
Spoon the honey, shake your cinnamon and sprinkle your walnuts on your pear haves, and place in an oven at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes.
You can add frozen yogurt or low-cal ice cream if you like to enhance the yumminess
