12 oz. of your favorite pasta1 large onion, chopped fine2 cloves of garlic chopped fine5 Tbs. Olive oil3 Tbs. Butter2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms1 Tbs parlsley1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper1 package fresh raw callops (10-15 small)1 pachage fresh raw shrimp (1/2 lb or so)3 Tbs flour1 cup milk1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1. start your pasta
2. in a large pan cook onions and garlic and mushrooms in olive oil. med-high heat.
3. when cooked thoroughly add the butter.
and parsley.
4. Add scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. when side 1 is finished flip over, and then add shrimp.
5. when shrimp is done cooking, add flour and mix in well. cook for 2 min.
6. then add milk, and cook until it thickens up.
7. then add parmesan and your finished.
