Greek Dressing

Ingredients
*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsGarlic, 2 clove finely choppedOregano, ground, 1 tsp.Basil, ground, 1 tsp.Feta Cheese, 1 oz, chopped fineGreek Olives, 5 pitted, chopped fineOlive Oil, 2 tbspRed Wine Vinegar, 2 tbspWater, 4 tbsp
Directions
Mix water, vinegar, and the juice of one large lemon in a small bowl. Add basil, oregano, chopped garlic, Feta, and olives and whip together. Add the olive oil and mix well. Serve on chilled salad.
