10 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 80 gram(s) Erythritol - adjusted for 0 carbs (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 250 grams Semolina, enriched 4 tsp Becel light margerine 1 tbsp Orange Peel 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 large Egg white, fresh syrup:2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap some more lemon peel2 tsp Xanthan (0.25 tsp foe 1 cup liq.) Preheat oven at 180. Mix erythritol, lemon juice, yogurt and peel.
Mix spice, stevia, gum, semolina. lightly beat egg whites. mix with yogurt mix. add baking soda. mix all very well. add half the becel. with the remaining, grease a pan (20*20 cm)
bake for 40 min.
while it's baking, prepare the syrup. boil the water and add the xantham gum dissolved in some water. add peel. add stevia and wait until it thickens
take the HOT cake and use a toothpick to make small holes. pour the hot syrup on top.
allow to cool and slice
