Ingredients
16 oz Spicy Italian Sausage (by MODE36) 8 serving Bacon-Fit & Active Trukey Bacon (1 slice) (by SUGAMAMA1516) .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 32 oz Broth (Health Valley) Chicken Low Fat No Salt 8oz=240g Gluten Free GF (by DOTSLADY) 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw sliced thin4 cup, chopped Kale 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
brown sausage in large pot.
remove sausage with slotted spoon, set aside
cut bacon into small pieces, add to pot and cook till done.
stir in onion and cook 5-6 min
add garlic, add chicken broth and 3 cups of water stir.
Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes as desired
add sliced potatoes and cooked sausage to pot bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat about 10 min till potatoes are tender
add Kale simmer for an additional 5-10 min
stir in Whipping cream
ladle into bowls and serve with Parmesan cheese if desired
