Apple Chips

Ingredients
Lemon Juice1 medium apple1 tbls Cinnamon2 tsp Sugar
Directions
*This recipe requires a food dehydrator

Core and thinly slice apples into rings, then cut rings in half
Soak apple slices in a bowl with water and lemon juice to keep from browning
Sprinkle a cinnamon sugar mix onto the slices
Dehydrate the slices until crisp- now you have a healthier alternative to potato chips!

(It is a great plan to make more than one serving at a time and seperate into ziplock bags to grab for snacks!)
