30.0 gram Rival Whey Protein (Blend) / 1 scoop6 Egg Whites Large1 and 1/2 packet of Sweet & Low1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground2 tbsp of Cashew Milk Unsweetened
Directions
Spray the pan with non stick cooking spray. Heat up the pan well Pour the batter and cook for a few minutes Flip and cook the other side for a few minutes. Add berries or fruits if you aren't worried about low carbing... get creative with it... Enjoy (low carb pancakes)
