Maple Almond Granola

Ingredients
3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup, slivered Almonds 6 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 cup Coconut Oil 6 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 def F
Mix dry ingredents in large bowl
Heat oil, syrup, and honey in small saucepan until melted
Drizzle over oatmeal mixture until well coated
Bake until lightly browned, about 1 hour, stirring every 15 min
Let cool and store in airtight container
