Broccoli & Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients
1/2 (10-oz) pkg frozen broccoli, thawed & drained1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced2 cloves garlic1 whole large egg4 egg whites1/2 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
Directions
Spray pan with Pam and heat over med-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and add mushrooms, broccoli and garlic. Heat until broccoli is tender-crisp. Beat egg and egg whites. Pour over vegetables, sprinkle with cheddar. Reduce heat to low and heat, covered, until eggs are set.
