1 package whole wheat spaghetti 2 med baby zucchini2 tsp minced garlic2 tbls olive oil1 cup grated parmesano reggiano cheese
In large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat while grating the washing zucchini. Once hot add garlic and zucchini and let cook for about 10 minutes. Toss with warm cooked pasta and cheese. Enjoy.
