250 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 100 grams Wheat bran, crude 0.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 100 grams Flour, whole grain 1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 150 grams Dates
chop dates and soak them in hot water for around 1 hour. Mix egg white and yogurt. add vinegar. allow to sit at room tem
in the meanwhile, blend all remaining dry ingredients together.
blend cottage cheese and dates.
mix all together.
form into 20 small rolls and bake on non-stick parchment paper at 160 celcius (preheated) for 25-30 min
allow to cool on wine rack and munch
