.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 clove Garlic .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 60 grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
Cauliflower in food processor
Heat oil in pan, add cauliflower cook over fairly high heat for several minutes. Add garlic and cook one more minute. Turn heat to med-low add cheese and milk and half of chives. Season generously and top with chives
