1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida15.0 mL Lemon Juice1.0 clove Garlic3.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato0.15 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)Add chilli flakes if preferred
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until as smooth as required. Serving Size: Makes around 1-1.5 cups in total
