Char's CranRaisin Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 cup oatmeal, dry2/3 cup water (*)1/8 cup of CranRaisins (any flavour)~1 Tbsp of protein powder (any flavour)
Directions
Combine the oatmeal, water and CranRaisins.
Microwave for 1 min.
Fold in the protein powder.

Options:
1. you can put 1/3 cup water and fold in 4oz of yogurt, vanilla or plain.
2. you can add in 1/2 a small banana
Note u will have to recalcuate the nutrional values.
