Summer Salad

Ingredients
4 cucumber with peel1 small onion (red for color works best) 2 cups Grape Tomatoes 1 tsp Pepper, black 1/2 cup white vinegar1 tsp Salt
Directions
chop all veggies to small bite size in large bowl with lid. add salt, pepper, and vinegar. let sit for at least 2 hours, can be served cold or room temperature.

Serving Size: makes 4 cup and half servings.
