Green Cauliflower with Lentils and Pasta Soup

Ingredients
18 oz Broccoli Green Giant Broccoli Spears 100 grams Lentils 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 400 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 10 oz Pasta, Barilla Cellentani
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion, carrots and celery. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened
Add cauliflower and cook for 8 minutes or until tender.
Add 1 liter of water, tomatoes and lentils, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are cooked.
Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
Serve 4 in 1 cup
