Ham and cheddar omelet

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten, with a TBL cold watersalt, pepper to taste1 TBL chopped chives2 slices ham, chopped20 grams sharp cheddar, grated, about 1 TBLSP
Directions
1 small omelet

Beat the egss with a TBLSP cold water, salt, pepper and chives. Pam small pan, cook omelet til almost done, add ham and cheese, cover briefly, roll onto plate when done.
