Cream o' Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
450 grams Broccoli, fresh 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 30 grams Carrots, raw (thinly sliced)40 grams Onions, raw (thinly sliced)2 clove Garlic, minced 65 grams Mushrooms, fresh (thinly sliced)200 gram(s) Naturella - Cremino Cooking Cream 50 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 liter of broth, chicken stock, or water. salt, pepper, spices to taste.
Directions
Cook broccoli in just enough water until slightly tender, remove from water and allow to cool. Blend in food processor until you achieve desired size. In pot, heat butter and saute all veggies except broccoli. Add liquid, broccoli, spices and cream. Bring to a gentle boil. Stir in parmesan cheese. Enjoy

Serving Size: makes three hearty servings, 4 if you wanna stretch it.
