Mom's Summer Potato Salad

Ingredients

6-7 new potatoes2 eggs1 medium sized onion, chopped4 heaping tablespoons of Miracle WhipSalt to tastePepper to taste
Boil potatoes and remove skin. Boil eggs until hard boiled.
Chop both and mix in large salad bowl.
Mix in chopped onion.
Add 4 heaping tablespoons of Miracle Whip or other salad dressing. Stir well until creamy
Top with sliced boiled egg if you wish, and salt and pepper to taste.
