Beef Stew

Ingredients
3.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked1.5 cup Peas and carrots, frozen1.5 lb Beef chuck2.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh4.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 tsp Oregano, ground2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Put pressure cooker on saute and add oil to pot. Brown meat on all sides in batches. Once brown, add back to pot and add beef broth, garlic and seasonings. Lock on lid airtight and cook on high for 20 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally and then add all your veggies. Saute until all veggies are cooked through. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
