Ingredients
8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 8 serving Tomatoe, Fresh 1 thin slice 50 grams Cilantro, raw 12 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Butter - Great Value salted sweet cream butter 2 lime yields Lime Juice
Directions
place chicken in baking dish sprinkle with spices (garlic, Italian seasoning and cumin to taste) dot with butter add chopped fresh vegetables. seed and devein jalapeno chop, squeeze limes over top and bake 350 for 30min or until chicken is done
