14.7 oz Bear & Wolf Pink Salmon Wild Alaskan Salmon (Drained)0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain2.0 tsp Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard0.33 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Canola Oil1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Saute veg in butter
Drain and debone salmon
Mix all ingredients but the oil
Make patties, refrigerate for 30 minutes
Heat skillet and oil on medium
Cook patties on each side for 5 minutes
