4 serving Kame Vermicelli 2 oz 2 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive) 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) Sauce ingredients4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Argo Corn Starch 1 serving Kitchen Basics unsalted chicken stock 2016
Add package of rice sticks to 3 quarts of boiling water. Cook for about 3 minutes and drain.
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat and as oil starts to smoke, add onion; stir fry for 1 minute. (You may add other vegetables like green peppers or carrots, and meat like pork, beef or chicken.) Add vermicelli and sauce. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
