Braised & Smothered Pork Steak

Ingredients
2.0 cup Kitchen Basics unsalted chicken stock20.0 oz pork shoulder blade steak0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.05 cup Flour, white2.0 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp oil, then sear pork steaks in both sides. Remove from pan. Add another tbsp oil to the pan, add in onions, saute for a while, then add flour, and cook while stirring for a few min. Pour in a little of the stock to deglaze the pan, then add remainder of stock, stirring well. Season however you like. Once the liquid is boiling, add the pork steaks back in, cover and simmer on low heat up to an hour.
