2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 150 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Mix together, a lace on a jelly roll pan and roast at 350 for 45-60minutes until veggies are soft and carmelized.
