Ingredients
20.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 medium Carrots, raw1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 cup, chopped Cranberries
Directions
Mince onion carrot celery and saute. Add to meat, add egg and mix well. Form into Loaf. Cover with cranberry sauce and bake for 1 hour at 375.
