2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.25 cup, pitted, chopped Dates16.0 oz Coconut, toasted0.75 cup, whole or halves Macadamia Nuts1.0 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt0.66 cup Honey16.0 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips2.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp2.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats16.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed MealOptional-1 TSP ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate atleast 30 minutes. Then roll into 1-1 1/2" balls.
