Steak Fajita

Ingredients
1 lb Flank Steak 4 slices of onion2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Green Bell Pepper1 Red Bell Pepper4 Mission Carb Balance Fajita size tortilla
Directions
1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil on low heat
2. Cut the steak into 1/4 inch strips
3. Add the strip to the pan (still keep it on low heat)
4. Cut both the Green and Red bell peppers into 1/4 inch strips, once you have cleaned out the seeds.
6. Cut the 4 slices of onion into round strips. Cut those round strips in half.
7. Add the onions and bell peppers to the pan (still keep it on low heat)
8. Cook on low heat for about 10-15 min or until the vegetables are tender.
9. Spoon ingredients into a warmed tortilla.
