Crock Pot ~ Balsamic Honey Pork Loin Roast (3 lb, boneless)

3 pound Pork Loin - Boneless Center Cut Roast 1 cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free 8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar - Pompeian 1 tbsp A1 steak Sauce 1 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Honey 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning - McCormick (by JCO0715)
Place pork roast in slow cooker (fat side up)
Small Bowl --- Whisk together the remaining ingredients & por over pork
Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low setting.
Ladle balsamic sauce on top of roast before serving.
(served with brown rice and green beans)
